What should the first paragraph of a personal narrative accomplish, if nothing else? Include an explanation.

It should announce the writer's name.

It should establish a point of view.

It should provide clues about the ending.

Answer: It should establish a point of view

Step-by-step explanation:

A personal narrative tells the story of an event from a first hand perspective of the person who is telling the narrative.

This narrative will therefore take a point of view that is that of the narrator. The first paragraph being the introduction, must therefore at least show this point of view so that the reader might know where the narrator observed the event from.
