The given points are (10, -3) and (5, -4).

The midpoint formula is

M=((x_1+x_2)/(2),(y_1+y_2)/(2))_{}

Where,

\begin{gathered} x_1=10 \\ x_2=5 \\ y_1=-3 \\ y_2=-4 \end{gathered}

Replacing these coordinates, we have

\begin{gathered} M=((10+5)/(2),(-3-4)/(2)) \\ M=((15)/(2),-(7)/(2)) \end{gathered}

Therefore, the midpoint is M(15/2, -7/2).
