You would multiply 3 on both sides.
(3x -4= -12 (-3 x-3= -9)
The equation would now be.
-12+ p ≤ -9
You would move the p to the right making the 12 a positive number.
p ≤ -9 + 12
You could add -9 + 12= 3
The answer would be
p ≤ 3
