we have that

the aprent function

f(x)=x^2

g(x) is a reflection over x -axis of the parent function with a vertical dilation

so

g(x)=-ax^2

Find the value of the leading coefficient a

looking at the graph

For x=1

the value of g(x) is -4

therefore

the answer is the option g(x)=-4x^2
