How do i isolate F in the equation C= 5 over 9 (F - 32)

According to the given data we have the following:


C=(5)/(9)(f-32)

In order to isolate F in the equation we would make the following:

First we would have the following property:


(a)/(b)=(m)/(n)=a\cdot n=b\cdot m

Therefore 9C=5f-160

9C+160=5f

So:


\begin{gathered} \frac{9C\text{ + 160}}{5}=f \\ (9)/(5)C+32=f \end{gathered}
