The number less than 3 are {1,2}.

The total possible outcome is 4.

Determine the probability for number less than 3.

\begin{gathered} P(A)=(2)/(4) \\ =(1)/(2) \end{gathered}

The number divisor of 20 are {1,2,4}.

Determine the probability for landing on a number divisor of 20.

P(B)=(3)/(4)

The probability for number less than 3 and number divisor of 20 are independent events. So,

\begin{gathered} P(AandB)=P(A)\cdot P(B) \\ =(1)/(2)\cdot(3)/(4) \\ =(3)/(8) \end{gathered}

Determine the probability in percentage by multiply the fraction with 100.

\begin{gathered} P(AandB)=(3)/(8)\cdot100 \\ =37.5 \end{gathered}

So answer is 37.5 %.
