A.

6+\lbrack(4)/(9)+(-(2)/(9))\rbrack

Since both fractions have the same numerator, you can factorize 1/9 aout of the parentheses, because:

\begin{gathered} (1)/(9)\cdot4=(4)/(9) \\ \text{and} \\ (1)/(9)\cdot2=(2)/(9) \end{gathered}

Then you can simplify the expression as:

6+(1)/(9)\lbrack4+(-2)\rbrack=6+(1)/(9)\lbrack4-2\rbrack
