For solving this problem we have to know the transformations between feeds and kilometers and seconds to hours:

\begin{gathered} 1\operatorname{km}=3280.84ft \\ 1h=3600\text{ seg} \end{gathered}

Now we can make the transformation:

60(ft)/(seg)=60(1)/(3280.84)(3600)/(1)=65.8\frac{\operatorname{km}}{h}
