We have for the fisrt equation that

\begin{gathered} t\text{ = 2 -x } \\ x\text{ = 2 - t = -t + 2} \end{gathered}

Now knowing this we are going to replace in the second equation

\begin{gathered} y\text{ = 8x - 6} \\ y\text{ = 8(-t + 2) - 6 = -8t +16 -6} \\ y\text{ = -8t +10} \end{gathered}

So the answer is the fourth option.
