Given:

height(h)=15 inches

radius(r)=9 inches

Volume of cone:

$V=\pi* r^2*(h)/(3)$
$V=\pi*9^2*(15)/(3)=\pi*81*5$
$V=\pi*405$
$V=405\pi\text{ cubic inches}$
