To convert from radians to degrees, you have to know that 180 degrees is equal to one pi

\frac{10\text{ pi}}{9}\text{ = }(10X180^(\circ))/(9)=200^(\circ)

Angle 360 -200 = 160

\begin{gathered} lengthofarc=(\emptyset)/(360)X\frac{2\pi\text{ r}}{1} \\ =\text{ }(160)/(360)X\frac{2\pi\text{ X 1 }}{1} \end{gathered}

length of arc =2.7925

The length of the arc is approximately 2.8
