to find whether they form an proposition.

using cross product,


\begin{gathered} (7)/(21)\cdot(21)/(24) \\ 24\cdot7=21\cdot21 \\ 168\\e441 \end{gathered}

the cross product are not equal.

Thus, they donot form a proposition.
