Required

The volume of the square pyramid.

The formula for the volume of the square pyramid is,


Volume\text{ =}(side* side* height)/(3)

Substituting the values then,


\begin{gathered} Volume\text{ =}(s* s* s)/(3*2) \\ =(s^3)/(6) \end{gathered}

Hence, the volume of the pyramid is s^3/6.
