Since f(x) is vertically strectched by a factor 2, we get

f(x)\longrightarrow(2)/(x)

next, it is reflectec about the x-axis, then we have

(2)/(x)\longrightarrow-(2)/(x)

Finally, its shifted 5 units on x axis, then we have

-(2)/(x)\text{ --> }-(2)/(x+5)

which corresponds to option 2
