we are given the following function:

f(x)=\sqrt[]{x}

The graph of h(x) is the same graph translated 4 units to the left, therefore it must be:

h(x)=f(x+4)

Replacing x for x + 4 in f(x) we get:

h(x)=f(x+4)=\sqrt[]{x+4}
