$\begin{gathered} \text{The equation is,} \\ y=3x-2 \\ \text{slope}\Rightarrow m=3 \\ \text{The new equation is,} \\ y-2=3(x-3) \\ y-2=3x-9 \\ y=3x-7 \end{gathered}$
