The rotation is 90 degree about the origin. The rule can be express below

(x,y)\rightarrow(y,-x)

Therefore,

\begin{gathered} V(-5,-2)\rightarrow V^(\prime)^{}(-2,5) \\ W(-2,1)\rightarrow W^(\prime)(1,2) \\ X(-3,-3)\rightarrow X^(\prime)(-3,3) \end{gathered}

Note this is a clockwise 90 degree rotation.
