Taking one similar side of the two(2) figures, we have:


\begin{gathered} (DF)/(CA)=(2)/(1)=2 \\ \text{Thus, scale factor is 2} \end{gathered}

Hence, the correct option is option A

It is reflected across the x-axis and moved through the translation (3, 1)
