Given:

Vertex = (0,0)

General vertex from of equation is:


y=a(x-h)^2+k
\text{vertex = (h,k)}

So:

h = 0

k = 0

then equation is:


\begin{gathered} y=a(x-h)^2+k \\ h=0;k=0 \\ y=a(x-0)^2+0 \\ y=ax^2 \end{gathered}

Here value of "a" is negative because the graph is move downward . and all option give mode value is 2 then the equation of functuion:
