The slope-intercept form is

y=mx+b

First we find m which is defined as rise / run

m=\frac{\text{rise}}{\text{run}}=(y_1-y_2)/(x_1-x_2)
\Rightarrow m=(((11)/(12))-((19)/(20)))/(((1)/(3))-((2)/(5)))
m=(1)/(2)

And finally, we find the y-intercept b from one of the points given.

Let us use the point (1/3, 11/12).

(11)/(12)=(1)/(2)((1)/(3))+b
(11)/(12)=(1)/(6)+b
b=(11)/(12)-(1)/(6)
b=(3)/(4)

Hence, the equation of the line in slope-intercept form is

y=(1)/(2)x+(3)/(4)

which is the second choice in the column.
