we have the following:


\begin{gathered} (10)/(100)=(15)/(x) \\ x=(100\cdot15)/(10) \\ x=150 \end{gathered}

15 represents 150%, therefore:


150-100=50

The percentage with respect to the original is 50%.


(50)/(100)=0.5

form decimal = 0.5
