Write the translation of point P(2, -9) to point P'(0, -12). [A] (x, y) =(x-3, y – 2) [B] (x, y) = (x+3, y +2) [C] (x, y) = (x+ 2, y + 3) [D] (x, y) = (x-2, y-3)

Applying the transformation (x, y) → (x - 2, y - 3) to point P, we get:

P(2, -9) → (2 - 2, -9 - 3) → P'(0, -12)
