Solution

Let sin (47) = 0.7314. Enter an angle (B), in degrees,

sin(47)=0.7314

where cos (B) = 0.7314 means

\begin{gathered} sin(A)=cos(90-A) \\ let\text{ A = 47} \\ sin(A)=cos(90-47) \\ sin(A)=cos43 \end{gathered}

since the vaule of sin(A) = 0.7314

Hence the cos(B) = cos43 = 0.7314

The angle of B = 43°
