The answer is x-6.Remove the Parentheses and distribute 3 through the Parentheses and put the + between Parentheses.Collect terms you will get x-18+12 and calculate the sum you will get the answer x-6.

Explanation:
3(x-6) = 3x -18
3x -18 + 4x + 12 -6x = x - 6
