In order to find equivalent ratios, we can multiply the numerator and denominator by the same value.

For example, let's multiply by 2, by 3 and by 4:

\begin{gathered} 6:13\\ \\ =6\cdot2:13\cdot2\\ \\ =12:26\\ \\ \\ \\ 6:13\\ \\ =6\cdot3:13\cdot3\\ \\ =18:39\\ \\ \\ \\ 6:13\\ \\ =6\cdot4:13\cdot4\\ \\ =24:52 \end{gathered}

Therefore the equivalent ratios are 12:26, 18:39 and 24:52..
