Let the number of time he attend the park be represented with n.

So that,

C = 45 + 7n ....eqn(1)

C = 12n ..........eqn(2)

Equating both equations, we have,

\begin{gathered} 12n=45+7n \\ \text{Collecting like terms, we get} \\ 12n-7n=45 \\ 5n=45 \\ \text{Dividing both sides by 5, we get} \\ n=(45)/(5)=9 \end{gathered}

He has to attend the park 9 times before he can pay exactly the same amount.

So, the correct answer is 9.
