Slope intercept form:

y= mx+ b

Where:

m= slope

b= y-intercept

For: y=-7x+5

m= -7

Perpendicular lines have negative inverse slopes.

Negative inverse of -7 = 1/7

So far we have

y= 1/7x + b

Replace (x,y) fo the given point (0,0) and solve for b:

0= 1/7(0) + b

b= 0

Final equation:

y= 1/7x
