The expression is given as,

-3+7x^2-4x-5+3x^2-2x

Rearranging the like terms,

7x^2+3x^2-4x-2x-5-3

Like terms : Terms that have same power of variable.

Simplifying further,

10x^2-6x-8

Thus the result of the given expression is,

10x^2-6x-8
