Since 1 g is equal to 1000 mg, multiply 0.75 g by 1000 mg / 1 g to convert the given value to mg.

0.75g\cdot(1000mg)/(1g)=750mg

Since one tablet is 500 mg, multiply the obtained product by 1 tablet / 500 mg.

750mg\cdot\frac{1\text{ tablet}}{500\text{ mg}}=1.5\text{ tablet}

Thus, there must be 1.5 or 1 1/2 tablet.
