First fraction could be 1/2

Now, the second fraction should be closer to 1/2 to make the sum as close as possible to 1, but not equal to 1.

We know that 3/6 = 1/2

So, 3/7 would be closer to 1/2

Therefore, the boxes could be filled as;


(1)/(2)+(3)/(7)
