Sugar concentration of infusions:

Pear:

  • 1.4/(5 + 1.4) *100% = 21.875%

Cherry:

  • 3.8/(12 + 3.8) * 100% = 24.05%

As we see cherry infusion has more sugar concentration so is sweeter.
