Let the function be,

f(x)=3*2^(-x)

Put -3 for x in the function to find f(-3) implies,

\begin{gathered} f(-3)=3*2^(-(-3)) \\ =3*2^3 \\ =3*8 \\ =24 \end{gathered}

Thus, f(-3) is 24.
