(1)/(2)+(1)/(2x)=(x^2-7x+10)/(4x)

To rewrite the given expression as a proportion multiply the 1/2 by a fraction that makes it have the same denominator as 1/2x (that fraction is x/x):

\begin{gathered} (1)/(2)*(x)/(x)+(1)/(2x)=(x^2-7x+10)/(4x) \\ \\ (x)/(2x)+(1)/(2x)=(x^2-7x+10)/(4x) \end{gathered}

Sum the fractions in the left of the equal:

(x+1)/(2x)=(x^2-7x+10)/(4x)

Then, the correct answer is third option
