the larger the denominator compared to the numerator, the smaller the number, so:


(b+c)\gg a\Rightarrow(a)/(b+c)\to0

So, let's choose the smallest number as a numerator, and the biggest numbers as a denominator:


(3)/(7+9)=(3)/(16)=0.1875
