Answer is in the steps and graph

Step by step

When rotating a point 270 degrees counterclockwise about the origin our point A(x,y) becomes A'(y,-x). This means, you change the sign on your x value first and then switch positions of x and y.

X = (2, -1) ➡️ X’ = (-1, -2)

Y = (-4, -3) ➡️ Y’ = (-3, 4)

Z = (3, 2) ➡️ Z’ = (2, -3)

Now to graph, start with your pre image points. (x, y)
From (0, 0) center /origin, move your cursor (left negative or right positive) for x, (down negative or up positive) for y.

Then plot your image points to see how the figure has transformed.

I graphed them for you in the attachment
