The standard form of equation of line is :

y=m(x-x_1)+y_1

In the given question, we have coordinates : (10,-3) and slope m = 2/5

\begin{gathered} y=m(x-x_1)+y_1 \\ y=(2)/(5)(x-10)+(-3) \\ y=(2)/(5)x-(2)/(5)(-10)+(-3) \\ y=(2)/(5)x-2(-2)+(-3) \\ y=(2)/(5)x-4-3 \\ y=(2)/(5)x-7 \\ y+7=(2)/(5)x \\ 5y+35=2x \\ 2x\text{ -5y =35} \end{gathered}

The equation of line is 2x - 5y = 35

Anwer : C) 2x - 5y = 35
