8x^2 + 19 = 54 + 3x^2

Solving for x:

8x^2 - 3x^2 = 54 - 19

5x^2 = 35

x^2 = 35/5 = 7

x^2 = 7

x = sqrt(7) = 2.6458

x = -sqrt(7) = -2.6458

Answer:

It has two solutions:

x = 2.6458 and x = -2.6458
