Expressing the given equation in slope-intercept

This gives


\begin{gathered} 4x-6y=18 \\ -6y=-4x+18 \end{gathered}

Divide through by -6

This gives


\begin{gathered} -(6y)/(-6)=-(4x)/(-6)+(18)/(-6) \\ y=(2)/(3)x-3 \end{gathered}

Therefore, the slope-intercept form of the given equation is


y=(2)/(3)x-3

Where
