The sum of linear pair of angle is 180 degrees. So the equation for q is,

\begin{gathered} 7q-46+3q+6=180 \\ 10q=180+40 \\ q=(220)/(10) \\ =22 \end{gathered}

The angle for DBC is 3q+6.

Substitute the value of q to obtain the measurement of angle.

\begin{gathered} \angle DBC=3\cdot22+6 \\ =66+6 \\ =72 \end{gathered}

So, the value of DBC is 72 degree.
