With this conditions, the right answer would be B. The measure of the angles in the pre-image and the image remain the same. A scale factor of 3 would affect the length of the sides, however, it would not affect its angles.

Even if we rotate a figure, and scale or dilate it, it won't affect it's angle measure, since scaling only affects the side lengths of a figure. Its angles will remain as the original image.
