By looking at the graph we can se that moving along the x -axis (time) from left to right, the function increases until 15 minutes (horizontal axis).

After that it remains contant and starts to decrease at 35 minutes.

Kelly's heart rate is increasing for the first 15 minutes: 0 ≤ x ≤ 15
