ANSWER:

12 movies

Explanation:

Since for the 5 dollar coupon it is for 4 movies and the one for the popcorn is every 3 movies, we must calculate the least common multiple (LCM) between 3 and 4.


\begin{gathered} 3,4|2 \\ 3,2|3 \\ 1,2|2 \\ 1,1 \\ \text{LCM = }2\cdot3\cdot2=12 \end{gathered}

Which means that at 12 movies I would have the coupon and free popcorn
