1) Let's solve that Linear System by the Substitution Method

I) y=5

II) 2x +2y= 16

2) Plugging into the II equation the first one we'll have:

2x +2(5) = 16 Multiply it

2x + 10 = 16 Subtract 10 from both sides

2x = 16 -10

2x = 6 Divide both sides by 2

x =3

3) Hence, the solution to this system is S={(3,5)}
