The graph function y = 2x^2 is opening upward as coefficient is positive and graph of function y = -2x^2 is opening downward with as coefficient is negative. The graph of these functions are,

So these are mirror image of each other about x axis.

Thus graph of function y = 2x^2 is reflection of graph of y = -2x^2 accross x axis. Option B is correct.
