$\begin{gathered} (3)/(5)+(1)/(3) \\ T\text{he LCM of 3 and 5 is 15} \\ ((3*3)+(5*1))/(15) \\ \\ (9+5)/(15)=(14)/(15)=0.9333 \end{gathered}$

The correct answer is 0.933 approximately 0.9 ( to one decimal place)
