The boundary line is 2x+2y=-6.

The inequality can be either of th etwo,

2x+2y\leq-6,2x+2y\ge-6

Since the portion contaims (0,0).

Putting it in both the inequality ,

we have,

2*0+2*0\leq-6\Rightarrow0\leq-6

This is not possible . So we reject the first inequality.

Again,

2*0+2*0\ge-6\Rightarrow0\ge-6

This is possible.

Thus the required inequality is,

2x+2y\ge-6
