We have the following expression given:

(2√(x)+2)(√(x+3))

And we can distribute the terms and we got:

2√(x)√(x+3)+2√(x+3)

And we can simplify like this:

2√(x(x+3))+2√(x+3)

And finally we can take common factor 2 and we got:

2(√(x(x+3))+√(x+3))
