we know that

If a figure is a scaled copy of another figure, then the figures are similar

that means------> the ratio between corresponding sides is proportional and this ratio is called the scale factor

In this problem figure A is the original figure

The scaled copy is only figure D

the scale factor is 2

B and C are not scaled copy of Figure A

therefore'

Priya and Tyler are wrong

If you multiply each side of figure A by 2, you obtain Figure D
