To solve this problem, first, we have to complete the given table. Then with the table, we will plot the points where the x-axis will represent r and the y-axis will represent C.

To complete the table, we have to evaluate

C=2r\cdot3.14

at all the given values of r.

Evaluating the equation ar:

1.- r = 0.5, we get:

C=2\cdot0.5\cdot3.14=3.14.

2.- r= 1, we get:

C=6.28.

3.- r = 1.5, we get:

C=9.42.

4.- r= 2, r=2.5, we get:

\begin{gathered} C=12.56, \\ C=15.7. \end{gathered}

Answer:

The complete table is:

Now, with the above table, we plot the points with x-entry the values of r, and y-entry the values of C, and draw the line that passes through those points. The label of the x-axis is r and the label of the y axis is C.
