Let:

\begin{gathered} A=(-8,4) \\ B=(-6,4) \\ C=(-2,7) \\ D=(-2,9) \\ E=(-6,7) \end{gathered}

After a translation 6 units right and 5 units down:

\begin{gathered} A\to(x+6,y-5)\to A^(\prime)=(-8+6,4-5)=(-2,-1) \\ B\to(x+6,y-5)\to B^(\prime)=(-6+6,4-5)=(0,-1) \\ C\to(x+6,y-5)\to C^(\prime)=(-2+6,7-5)=(4,2) \\ D\to(x+6,y-5)\to D^(\prime)=(-2+6,9-5)=(4,4) \\ E\to(x+6,y-5)\to E^(\prime)=(-6+6,7-5)=(0,2) \end{gathered}

Hence:

\begin{gathered} A^(\prime)=(-2,-1) \\ B^(\prime)=(0,-1) \\ C^(\prime)=(4,2) \\ D^(\prime)=(4,4) \\ E=(0,2) \end{gathered}
